With our ChocoX you have more options than ever to plan your production by easily reorganizing the process chain. With several movable modules, you are able to adapt the line to your latest product ideas.
All modules work without conveyor chains, no installations underneath the depositing sections and retractable conveyor belts in the demoulder – taking the line to a new standard of hygiene.
Our new ChocoX provides a considerable reduction of downtime thanks to significantly less time needed for cleaning and maintenance.
Setting up on site and starting the operation of our ChocoX can be done in just one week. Thanks to standardized self-contained modules, assembling and removing each module only takes 30 minutes. Line extensions are ready in half the time of other solutions.
Our new ChocoX has a smaller footprint thanks to integrated control cabinets that replace all central switch cabinets. Moreover it offers a significantly higher Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Optimized shaker sections shorten the shaking time and the decreased cooling area thanks to the stacking of moulds adds to the line’s lower energy consumption.
The highly efficient buffer section makes the extension with an external buffer section obsolete and offers exceptional cost advantages from day one. In addition, the process keeps the chocolate consistently at an ideal temperature, including during the transition to packaging. Smart buffering reacts to the packaging output so our ChocoX can keep running even during a stop in the packing process.

Moulding lines are prone to getting dirty quickly and usually they are hard to access. With the new ChocoX, however, we set new standards even in terms of hygienic design. All modules work without conveyor chains. In addition to increased food safety, the chainless line design reduces the maintenance time. Generally, the cleaning time per module is only 30 minutes.
