Mechatronics Technician 3-year Program

Responsibilities

Repair, install, troubleshoot, inspect and modify Bühler and other manufacturers' equipment both at customer sites and Bühler locations
Assess customer's maintenance and spare part needs
Provide input for improvements in equipment and processes
Promote Bühler Customer Service and help customers plan future service
Fabricate, test and maintain electro-mechanical assemblies
Install and configure programs for hardware and software components
Create technical documents such as blueprints, assembly and instruction manuals

Business Apprentice 2-year Program

Business apprentices rotate through a range of business functions including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Logistics to develop business understanding and identify your personal interests and skills

Program requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Hennepin Technical College placement test scores within an acceptable range.

How the program works

Apprentices are full time Bühler employees, balancing days in the office with time in the classroom at Hennepin Techinical College while earning a paycheck and getting full-time employee benefits.
