Ultra-whitening performance
The stones evenly distribute the rice kernels in the milling chamber. This produces a uniform finish. The airflow also keeps the kernels free from bran and cools them down to prevent damage.

Double dedusting system
Efficient removal of bran for enhanced food safety
The UltraWhite’s design and double dedusting system efficiently remove bran. The shape of the housing provides an even airflow. Bran is sucked out pneumatically and continuously conveyed to the central bran collection point. This all helps prevent bran deposits building up inside the machine.
