  • Meet the industry and build your network with raw material suppliers, equipment solution provider and other bar producers.
  • Get an overview of the market and its different bars from different regions of the world and come up with new ideas for your market.
  • Understand the raw materials and its functionality in a protein bar.
  • Learn and understand the mechanical process of producing protein bars on a small and large scale.
  • Learn how to develop a new bar recipe and implement the various raw materials directly in practice on a small scale.
  • Get to know different ingredient suppliers, learn about the technological impact of their ingredients in a protein bar – incl. touch and feel experience in corresponding practical hands-on demonstrations.
