Training covers key analytical methods, including physical and chemical analysis, cooking characteristics, proximate and thermal analysis, rheological tests, microscopy, sensory and texture evaluation, milling quality and particle size analysis, and sorption isotherms. You will learn how to apply these techniques to finished products from the mill and interpret the results to support process and quality improvements.

Limited to moderate knowledge on lab analysis. This course is well-suited for lab operators in the milling industry.
