ProPlant gives you a list of maintenance tasks for each machine, with clear instructions of what to do when.

Hold onto all your documents and data in one place. Keep records for certification and check when certificates need to be renewed.  

We always train your team onsite while we install the software. After that we can always help by phone or online, if you have any other questions.

ProPlant step by step

Our software engineers customize ProPlant to include the machinery you want to manage. These can be Bühler machines or equipment from other suppliers. 

Our software engineers then come to your plant and install ProPlant. We also train your team at the same time. 

Just open the ProPlant icon on your computer and open the program. You’re ready to start.

Check which machines you need to maintain. See which certifications need updating and which documentation you may need to prepare. 

Each machine has a job card, which you need to scan when you’ve finished your maintenance or task. ProPlant then keeps track of what’s been done and records this data in the cloud. 

ProPlant stock organization links to myBühler where you can search and order spare parts online.
