The SORTEX S UltraVision is an optical sorter for rice for raw, parboiled, and steam varieties. It features artificial intelligence, is able to machine-learn and can sort up to 18 t/h. It can remove color defects and foreign materials including glass.

The SORTEX ProSort operating system enables you to easily change the sorter settings without the need for complex programming. Simply choose the defect and use the slider to adjust the quantity to remove.
Minimal operator intervention, monitoring and setup
Output consistent rice quality with minimal intervention. This sorter analyzes the variations in color and foreign material from incoming grains and automatically adjusts its detection system to ensure optimal performance throughout the day.

The optical sorter scans each grain and accurately classifies it either as accepted or rejected, minimizing re-sorting of unclassified grains. This accuracy reduces energy consumption, wear on ejectors and downtime from clearing grain build-up.
