Our ChocoX™ is characterized by a shorter delivery time and an construction and commissioning time of just 2 weeks. This allows you to produce 2 months earlier than with traditional production equipment. Thanks to standardized, self-contained modules, it only takes 30 minutes to assemble and set up the individual modules.
Do you have a new product idea, but the configuration of the production equipment does not match your product? No problem for the ChocoX™. Additional modules have a very short delivery time. What's more, the integration of new modules is completed in 8 hours at the latest. This means you can bring your product to market up to 5 months faster.
Our ChocoX™ has a smaller footprint thanks to integrated switch cabinets that replace the various centralized switch cabinets. It also offers significantly higher overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Optimized cooling modules ensure shorter shaking times, and the reduced cooling surface due to the stacking of the moulds has reduced the system's energy consumption.
Thanks to the highly efficient integrated buffer section, it is no longer necessary to add an external buffer. This production equipment brings cost benefits from day one. The smart buffer system interacts with the packaging so that our ChocoX™ can continue to run even if the packaging process slows down or even stops.
The fully automatic mould loading and unloading unit further increases the line’s efficiency. There is no more need to carry the heavy moulds. The unit simply distributes the moulds automatically for you. And it is only one of the line’s highlights that reduce operation efforts.
Moulding lines are prone to getting dirty quickly and usually they are hard to access. With the new ChocoX™, however, we set new standards even in terms of hygienic design. All modules work without conveyor chains. This not only ensures greater food safety, but also minimizes cleaning and maintenance time. Generally, the cleaning time per module is only 30 minutes.
A wide range of allergens? No problem...
Is allergenic cleaning even possible for production equipment with conveyor chains? You don't need to worry about this with the ChocoX™ as it does not require conveyor chains.
Could OpEx costs be any lower?
