The Akrivis is a fully automatic batch scale capable of meeting all high-end requirements. It is tailored to accurately weigh a wide range of powdery and granular products and sets new benchmarks in food safety and digitalization.
The DriveX module consists of a purpose-built servo motor and gear box designed to cope with the special movements requested by the inlet gate and discharge flap of the Akrivis. The DriveX module stands for an extended service life and can operate under warm conditions. In combination with the well-proven power management system, the Akrivis saves up to 11 tones of CO2e per year.
The Scales Monitoring System, featured by Bühler Insights, provides full transparency on all parameters critical for process and quality. Smart interpretations lead to a maximum yield on raw material, while enabling predictive maintenance and detecting any instabilities in the overall production process.
The Akrivis is designed according to the highest food safety standards. All metal surfaces touching the product are made out of stainless steel and all sealings are made out of food-grade materials. The product zone is free of dust-accumulating zones and bolts. Big cleaning and maintenance openings provide safe, easy, and fast access.
bUnify, the powerful and modern control system is characterized by its unique ease of use and flexibility to connect the Akrivis to any plant control system. An integrated web server allows monitoring and operation from different devices such as tablets and personal computers. Unique guiding wizards support the operation and maintenance team whenever troubleshooting is required.
