This hands-on course focuses on depositors and their application, including:

• Dosing of different masses
• OneShot applications
• Shell forming
• Cold stamping method
• Pre-crystallization of chocolate
• Thermal technology and plant concepts
• Service topics such as preventive reconditioning, machine maintenance and operation

The course provides an opportunity to explore solutions to any specific problems you may have. At the end of the course you will be confident in the use of the latest techniques and technologies for managing a quality depositing line

For those who have some experience working on a chocolate line, or as a product developer or technologist in the chocolate manufacturing industry.
