Get exclusive access to our process lines - all scalable so you can implement your tests results for industrial production. You work closely with our expert technologists, who help you to find a process to match your product.
We can show you drying techniques, help you with formulation, gluten-free pasta recipes, instant pasta and regular pasta. Throughout your stay you have access to our main Bühler lab. Work with our food scientists and lab technicians there to test the quality, texture and bite of your pasta. We are based at our headquarters in Switzerland but we also have a Pasta Application Center in Wuxi, China.
